Returns
We accept returns logged through our Returns Portal and returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items returned outside this period unfortunately will be sent back to you and may incur a return charge.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all tags attached and folded in their original packaging.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you. - Please handle items with care when trying them on. We cannot issue refunds for products returned with marks, stains, or signs of wear.
- Avoid using scissors or knives to open your parcel — simply tear open the outer packaging. Items with cut or slice marks will not be accepted for return.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. We can only accept faulty items if reported to us before removing any tags.
If you believe an item is faulty, please email info@endorclo.com with clear photos of the issue on the day you receive your parcel so we can assist you.
How to Return Your Items
- Visit our Returns Portal.
- Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Choose whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Select your preferred courier — you’ll be responsible for booking and paying for your own return shipping through our easy-to-use portal.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 working days for processing. We recommend tracking your parcel, as we are unable to provide updates before this timeframe has passed.
