Delivery options
We offer a range of shipping services depending on your location.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
We process orders quickly to get them out as fast as possible. Because of this, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes (including address updates, item changes, or discount code changes).
If you change your mind, you can return your order once it arrives. We offer a 14-day return policy — submit your return via our Returns Portal.
I received a faulty item — what should I do?
If your item arrives faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
A short written description of the fault
We’ll guide you through returning the item to our warehouse for inspection.
Please note: refunds/exchanges aren’t offered for reasonable wear and tear (only genuine faults).
Something is missing from my order
If you believe something is missing, please check the following first:
Split shipments: Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Check your emails for multiple tracking links/numbers.
Out of stock item: If an item was unavailable, we’ll email you and automatically refund it. (Please check junk/spam folders.)
If you’ve checked the above and an item is still missing, contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. Delays may limit the support we can provide.
Please include:
Order number
Delivery address
Full product name(s) of the missing item(s)
We’ll open an investigation and review dispatch and delivery records.
I received an incorrect item
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item you received (including tags/labels)
The name of the item you expected
We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.

Returning an item
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unworn and unused
In original condition with tags/packaging (where applicable)
To start a return, use our Returns Portal.
Payment options
We accept: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro (UK), American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Endor Gift Cards.
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal and encrypted for your safety. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Additional info:
Card payments may require verification (e.g. Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)
All cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks
International customers may see a different final charge depending on their bank’s exchange rate
